 REACH the World for Jesus
The Time is Now: Thanksgiving
"And walk in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us...." This Saturday, we are feeding our community both physical and spiritual nourishment. Food will be served in the sanctuary. Our Missions Committee will have gifts (toiletries, blankets) and resource information available in the nursery. If you encounter anyone seeking prayer, the conference room and offices will serve as quiet prayer space. Through smiles, encouraging words, and invitations to return, our hope is to convey God's welcoming love.
Please continue to pray that we will be a blessing to all those who come to our Thanksgiving Community Dinner, and join us in serving if you haven't already signed up. Setup begins at 9 a.m. Saturday, November 19th, and dinner will be served from 2 to 6 p.m. Contact Lynn Sisler if you have any questions. | |

Dinner for 6
Get to know more of our church family by joining in DINNER FOR 6. Once a month, from January to March, you'll dine with two other families and expand your circle of friends. The Lord wants us to know each other and break bread together, and this is the perfect opportunity. Singles, couples, and families are all welcome.  GROW Spiritually
The Chair Ministry ...
... needs your help December 3rd! From 8 a.m. to noon, we will be putting our chairs back into good repair. We grow by serving, and improving our facilities is a great way to get started. Volunteers of all skill levels are needed for the following tasks:
- Removing staples from the chair bottoms.
- Adding new seating boards, stapling fabric, and attaching to chair frames.
- Inspecting chairs and tightening loose screws.
- Welding broken frames (let Franklin know if you have a welder and can bring it).
- New: repairing chair back cushions.
If you have one or more screw guns, please bring them for use on Saturday. This is a work day that needs many willing hands to accomplish our goal. Please contact Franklin DeLange for more information.

 SERVE to His Glory
Urgent: Lunch for Rehearsals
There is still an opportunity for helping our children: We need volunteers to provide lunch for approximately 40 children before each Christmas Program rehearsal, 12:30 p.m. on Sundays. If you (and a friend) are able to provide and serve lunch for one Sunday, it would be greatly appreciated by our KidZone staff and the children. They are easy to please, and it can be simple, kid-friendly fare. Lunches are still needed on November 20 (this Sunday!), November 27, and December 11.
