Do you have fears? Temptations? Spiritual questions? Please join us for a relaxed and informative one-day men's retreat on Saturday, September 24, at the church. This is also an opportunity to bring a friend or co-worker who is struggling and in need of God's guidance. Our panel of experts will help us work through relevant life issues that affect us no matter whether we're married or single, young or old. If you want a copy of a sermon for yourself or for someone who was unable to attend service, these recordings are available at no cost. Simply check in with the folks in the sound booth, and they'll provide you with a copy on cd.

Thanksgiving Community Dinner

 

We are following a call from the Lord to bless our community with a very special Thanksgiving event. With the Lord's direction and guidance we hope to serve turkey dinners to many hundreds of the needy in our area on Saturday, November 19 from 2 to 6 p.m. We will also be reaching out in other ways -- sharing testimonies, praying, celebrating through music, and making resources available. More details will be coming soon.

 

Volunteer signups will begin October 2 at a table in the church lobby. We will also have a list of items needed. If you would like to be part of the advance prayer team, please e-mail your address to Michelle Morgan. There is much to be done, and with all of our church family working in conjunction with God's plans, we will accomplish this mission!
