Day at the Park 

 

We are reaching out to our neighboring mobile home community this Saturday -- and the second Saturday of every month -- by hosting a barbecue there from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with lunch, games, prayer, and fellowship. Please pray that we can share the love of Jesus as we meet and build relationships with residents. You're also welcome to join us at the Sabre City community park on Billy Mitchell Blvd. E-mail if you have questions.

Men's Softball

New Season Starting 

 

If you have a hankering to play softball, now is the time to commit. The Antelope Springs men's team plays at Freedom Park by the museum at McClellan Park on Mondays, starting July 11 and running 8-9 weeks. Games are either 6:30 or 7:30 p.m., and the cost is $30. Bring the family out at game time to enjoy some fellowship as well. For more details or to join, contact Neil Abrahamson.

Meeting for Spiritual Growth 

 

One way to grow in your Christian walk is to meet weekly with one or two other people for personal accountability. Being in a Life Transformation Group not only helps you change habits but it also makes new disciples for Jesus. Food Warms Bellies and Opens Hearts
  

If you are seeking a way to serve, food donations are always needed. You can support the church's food pantry by dropping off non-perishable groceries; canned and dry goods quickly go to families in need. Also consider donating food during the week of VBS, July 18-22, as we provide dinner to help our busy volunteers; see the list of VBS needs and sign up with Gail Hibbs. If you're able to commit to a small monthly donation of fruit for Student Ministries on every third Sunday, please contact Jennifer Parra.
