2010 Friends Board of Directors
Cleanup event in Lindsay on Saturday, April 17
Memberships for 2010 available
Greetings!

The Friends of Kawartha Conservation recently elected a new Board of Directors greatly benefiting from the interest and enthusiasm of new participants.

At our annual general meeting and a subsequent strategic planning session the board gained valuable information and advice from the Otonabee Region Conservation Authority and the Otonabee Conservation Foundation as well as from long-time members of Friends.

Through ongoing strategic planning, we are establishing some short and long term goals, including crafting ideas for fundraising for conservation work in support of the mandate of Kawartha Conservation.

We invite you to send ideas for Friends' activities and to join or renew your membership. Send your ideas to communications@kawarthaconservation.com or mail them to 277 Kenrei Rd., Lindsay, ON, K9V 4R1, Attn: Friends.
