TARION AWARD OF EXCELLENCE
We are proud to announce that on April 7, Habitat for Humanity Toronto Inc. was listed as one of the Top 5 Builders in the province according to Tarion (the Ontario new home warranty program). This was determined based on survey results of more than 48,000 Ontario consumers who were asked about their satisfaction with their builder, covering every stage in the homeowner-builder relationship.
Habitat Toronto is honoured to be listed as one of the Top 5 for this reputable award. We want to thank the hundreds of volunteers who help build quality Habitat Toronto homes every day and for serving our partner family homeowners so respectfully. As we close National Volunteer Week, we are reminded of how grateful we are for your ongoing support and dedication.
The winner will be announced on April 19, 2011.

| Crew Leader Corner | |
After semi-retiring, Bob Fisher felt the need to stay busy and keep up with his active lifestyle. So, in the Spring of 2010 Bob decided to volunteer at Habitat for Humanity Toronto. Bob is quite the traveler yet he always makes sure to make it back to Toronto in time for his two Crew Leader shifts on the build site each week. Bob thrives on helping others and especially enjoys working with the high school groups that volunteer on site. "I like to challenge them with fractions and angles to make sure they were paying attention in math!" Bob Fisher is a man of many talents and Habitat Toronto is grateful to have him as part of the family.
