Greetings!
Happy Christmas!
I'm writing this from Williamstown, MA where I'll be teaching my Winter Study course on the Digital Darkroom at Williams College in January. Now however, it's time to relax and enjoy the company of my family for the next couple of weeks.
It even looks like we might have a white Christmas, although it may end up being a slushy one instead. We'll just have to see.
It's been a busy month with the Christmas Craft Fair at the RDS early on. Thanks to all who visited, it was great to see you.
I also received my 2010 wall calendars and even though they were late in coming, demand has been excellent. I still have some remaining, and have dropped the price considerably - read on to find out how to get yours.
I did well again at this year's International Aperture Awards, with all three images submitted receiving recognition.
This month's article is on the subject of crop factors in digital cameras - something that causes a bit of confusion to newcomers to digital photography. Hopefully you'll find it helpful.
Again, Happy Christmas and a prosperous New Year, and I hope to see you in 2010!
Peter
