A lot has happened since we experienced one of the strongest windstorms in history...the ecomomic windstorm. The business world isn't the same anymore.
Many organizations have re-grouped, doubled efforts or left the market. The companies that provide communications services (Voice, Video or Data Services) have been affected as well. They have had to take steps to continue to be relevant, and we have done the same.
We are always looking for ways to bring more value to clients through training and getting involved in the community. We are taking the lead for our client's communications needs. Free Audio Conferencing Offer for our Customers
While the Internet has been a valuable tool for small business owners, teleconferences remain a popular way to meet with clients, employees and colleagues. All participants are able to both hear and speak. Conference calls are limited to twelve (12) parties total, including the conference initiator.
Web-scheduled conferences have a guaranteed time slot on our conference bridge for the date, time and number of participants that you select. With the Accent ShoreTel Converged Conference Server, you can even record the call for future review. Also, by using our server, you can share a presentation via the web browser or download a file between participants.

Accent is pleased to be the choice of MaMa Rosa's, of Sidney, Ohio, for its communication needs.
MaMa Rosa's, the largest branded refrigerated pizza producer in the United States, recently contracted with Accent for a new phone system for its 158,000 square-foot production facility.
According to Dan Kagy, Project Engineer for MaMa Rosa's, a lot of research was done in order to choose a system. ESI's 200 communications server, with 67 digital phones and 28 analog ports was chosen because of its features. Another big selling point was the savings MaMa Rosa's would realize. Accent is converting them over from standard copper trunks to PRI service for their lines. The resulting cost savings per month on their local telecom services provider's bill will create about a 2-year return on investment for MaMa Rosa's new system.

We're Training for Pelotonia
Again this year, "Team Accent" will be taking part in Pelotonia, a grass roots effort to chase down cancer and defeat it.
This year's Pelotonia will take place on August 20th. One hundred percent of the proceeds will go to The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center - James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute, one of only 40 centers in the United States designated by the National Cancer Institute as a Comprehensive Cancer Center. The James is a national leader in creating and testing new therapies based on scientific research, many of which are offered nowhere else in the world.
