The 3rd Annual Glendale Downtown Dash will be held on Sunday, March 14, 2010. To help get you ready, AAY (All About You) Bootcamp, an InnerMovement Chiropractic business partner, will be conducting marathon trainings on Sunday mornings starting January 17th up until the race. As a sponsor, Dr. Heidi will be educating runners on importance of spinal wellness, biomechanics and injury prevention.
