 Greetings!
Work has begun on our 10th MotorHead Madness.com Celebration! We have a new addition that will help out our local restaurants & increase traffic to our show! Mark your calendar - SAVE the DATE - Sept 17th! Normally our event is the same day as the Poway Parade. This year both the SD Car Club Council & the Poway Community Association both chose Sept 10th to put on their car show & the Poway Parade. We spoke to both groups about changing dates - but plans were already underway. So we move forward, as an associate member of the SD Car Club Council, our show date is sanctioned & set up for Saturday ~ September 17, 2011 ~ 10am to 2pm. Each year thousands of visitors join us for a local tradition we call Poway Days. Whether it's the Rodeo, MotorHead Madness

I joined because the issues were very important to me - helping advance the status of women locally and around the world. A world that doesn't use all of it's resources - men & women is a society that is lost. When times get tough women & children are the first victims. Soroptimist works to find answers: Awareness, Advocacy & Action. We're looking for members with a heart that are ready to make a difference and know that the first step begins with them.
