Visions II Groundbreaking
You are cordially invited to the Groundbreaking Event for
Smith Hill Community Development's Visions II project.
When completed,Visions II will have developed
52 high-quality, affordable rental homes from
20 vacant and foreclosed properties in
the Pekin St. Historical District.
The event is located at 72 Pekin St,
Wednesday, September 15th at 11:00 am.
There will be a tent and there will be refreshments served.
Please join us and see what we have been doing to help stabilize and revitalize our neighborhood during this recession.
