KCU Announces New Alumni Website

K-line banner

After months of thinking, tweaking and testing, we're officially announcing our new Alumni social networking site. It's a place where you can connect, find friends old & new, keep up with classmates, and interact with fellow alum in a very friendly, easy-to-use forum.

You can sign up by going to www.kcuknightline.com and follow the easy steps. You can also sign up at our booth at the NACC, or at the Alumni receptions at both the NACC and during SITS. This is a great forum only available for KCU alum to both stay in touch with each other and to keep current with all that's going on at your Alma Mater. Knightline will serve as sort of an online directory as well, so you can find others and they can find you. But it's only useful if you sign up and use it. So click the link and join us at KCUKnightline.com!

Faith Promise @ KCU

Faith Promise has been a long-standing tradition on the campus of fpKentucky Christian University. We're thrilled to announce that it is alive and well among the student body, faculty and staff. This past 08-09 school year, the KCU family contributed over $20,000 to our World Mission partners at Good News Productions International, and in Mexico, Zimbabwe, and the West Indies.

We're excited to welcome Tommy Oaks who will be joining us in the fall to kick off our Faith Promise initiative for the 2009-2010 school year.
Nash Chapel Renovation Update

Chapel roof

Phase one of the Nash Chapel renovations is now complete with the installation of a new roof, gutters and downspouts. Once again, as He has so many times before, God provided for our needs in a miraculous way. Best local estimates suggested a cost to replace the leaking roof at about $125,000. Only approximately $54,000 had been raised for the project. Upon learning of our needs, a Christian contractor from the Atlanta, Georgia area brought equipment and a team of over a dozen men to complete the job in less than a week at a cost of a little over $50,000!

Additional funds are needed so that the critical interior renovations can be completed. Nash Chapel donations can be submitted by mail to the University business office or online by clicking here
