Happy Mind, Happy Body
Elle Swan is a Vibrant Living Expert and the founder of Club Vibrancy. This path began with a desperate plea to God, "What do you want from me." For years she wanted to die and couldn't. Her darkest days left her overweight, addicted to alcohol, and homeless. "When your soul knows you belong here it won't let you go."
Her path from deprivation and despair, to vibrancy and abundance, lit a passion inside her that illuminates her work today. Assisting others in overcoming subconscious obstacles and self-defeating habits, in Health, Wellness, and Branding is her platform.
Her training includes Quantum Physics study, Nutrition, Bikram Yoga, Hypnosis and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She also holds B.A. in Communications from Oberlin College. Her new book, Happy Mind, Happy Body, reveals her remarkable method for pursuing and maintaining a vibrant lifestyle.

Love Yourself Enough to Invest in Yourself
Today I want to talk about loving yourself. As women, we often don't love ourselves enough; mostly because we don't think we are worthy of it. We believe we have to take care of everything and everyone else before we take care of ourselves. Let me ask you this..."If you took care of yourself first, would you have more?" Would you have more to give? Would you be more available for your family?
Astonishingly, 64% of women don't feel that they are beautiful. Is this you? If so, let me ask you a few more questions. If you felt more beautiful when you looked into the mirror, would your confidence be different? If your confidence was different, would you have a different outlook? Would you be teaching your children something different? Would people be more attracted to you?
