We had so much fun celebrating our 26th Anniversary last month, and the fact that Ewa has been with Crackerjack for 10 years! It was a rainy evening, but warm and colorful in the gallery space at Wallingford Center, surrounded by colorful paintings. There was lots of food, Prosseco,
Cake, of course,
Family and friends,
and cards, presents and lots of well wishes! ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** ** **
Don't forget Dads and Grads this month! And those wonderful teachers to whom we all become so grateful! Stop by to choose from some great new gift ideas, including these cheese/cutting boards from Aloha Oregon:
And many more ideas: ******************

Things to Celebrate
|
|
June 1 - Donut Day Say Something Nice Day - my mom would always say "It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice!" One of my sisters found a magnet with this saying on it, and my mom was thrilled!June 2 - National Trails Day
June 3 - Chimborazo Day - To bring the shape of Earth into focus by publicizing the fact that Mount Chimborazo, Ecuador, near the equator, pokes farther out into space than any other mountain on Earth, including Mount Everest. (The distance from sea level at the equator to the center of Earth is 13 miles greater than the radius to sea level at the North Pole. This means that New Orleans is about six miles farther from the center of Earth than is Lake Itasca at the headwaters of the Mississippi, so the Mississippi flows uphill.
