So, it's September. Seattle is finally getting some summer weather, but with all the weather extremes throughout the country, I think we all have an unspoken agreement not to complain. Enough said!

We have lots of events to tell you about this month! See below for the listings and mark them on your calendar - you don't want to miss these!

September brings new merchandise as we begin to prepare for the Holidays (yes, they are just around the corner!). I was just at a family wedding in Illinois last month, and found a couple new artists there. One does sassy little magnet sets that utilize old game pieces and the other makes handy, but pretty clips out of clothes pins! One type has magnets and the other is strung on a cord that can be hung anywhere to corral your papers, pictures, or coupons, etc.

Basic Threads High cCllar Coat

We have already been receiving "transitional" jackets - sweatshirt weight, comfy and stylish, from Basic threads, and we have a lovely selection of rayon boucle scarves from Dunlap Weavers in Maine. These are one of my favorite scarves - perfect for a bit of warmth, but light enough to wear purely as an accent. They have a bouncy feel to them - I find myself constantly playing with the fringe!

Stop in soon to check out what's new!
