Upcoming Event!
Appreciative Inquiry ~ Saturday, November 5, 2011
Minnesota UU Social Justice Alliance Special Event

UU Friends!
Please be our guest as we begin an appreciative inquiry into the future of Unitarian Universalist collective action for social justice in Minnesota. We've begun work on a vision and plan for the next five years of work, built upon ten years of MUUSJA history.

Come join us for this facilitated exploration into who we can become and what we will do to bless the world with our UU values. It will be a fascinating conversation!

From congregational service to collective systemic change: Engaging Unitarian Universalist values as a blessing to the world

MUUSJA invites you to participate in an Appreciative Inquiry into the future of Unitarian Universalist collective action for social justice in Minnesota.

Standing on Side Love at GA
Come experience the power of connecting with other Unitarian Universalist working for justice!
  • What makes collective action for social justice effective and rewarding?
  • How might we build on our strengths to create an exciting, dynamic future for collective UU social justice work in Minnesota?

Come provide input that will help MUUSJA develop a strategic plan for the future you imagine is possible.  You'll leave this event knowing more about how our collective dreams for justice can become plans of action, reflection and engagement.

Continental breakfast and box lunch provided. Please RSVP with your turkey or vegetarian lunch choice no later than Nov. 1 so we can plan for your participation!

About Appreiciative Inquiry

Appreciative Inquiry is a way of seeing which is selectively attentive to--and affirming of--the best and highest qualities in a system, a situation, or another human being; an appreciation for the "mystery of being" and a "reverence for life."  MUUSJA's Appreciative Inquiry is being facilitated by Laura Park of Unity Consulting, with the generous support of the Twin Cities UU settled ministers and by MUUSJA member contributions. Thank you.

Please let us know you're coming by November 1st!

RSVP here or by calling 612-998-6624
