First Quarter Revenue up 52% from Q1'09 TriQuint reported revenue for the first quarter of $180.8 million. Non-GAAP net income was $18.7 million or $0.12 per share. CEO Ralph Quinsey said, "These results are a healthy start to 2010, our 25th anniversary year. We are seeing a broad rebound in our networks market and continued strong smartphone demand. I see 2010 as another solid growth year for TriQuint." The Company believes second quarter revenue will be between $200 million and $210 million, up over 13% sequentially, and non-GAAP gross margin of about 40%. |

TriQuint presented papers covering on-going Gallium Nitride R&D programs at the 2010 GOMACTech microcircuit applications conference in Reno, NV. TriQuint papers included findings through its involvement in DARPA's highly-advanced Nitride Electronic NeXt-Generation Technology (NEXT) GaN program.
