Count outs need to be completed and turned into Botanical and Lake Valley no later than August 31.
If you have a preference as to when you would like the 2012 seeds removed from your store, please let us know otherwise it will get mixed in our regular route schedule;
If you want to be a year-round account we can count out 2012 anytime after July 5th and bring in the 2013 at the same time.
For Outright terms, please start paying attention to getting your quantities down to no more than 2 packets per variety. The more you can sell through between now and Mid-July the better your sell through and the less seed owned going into 2013.
We will be starting the schedule and route for 2012/2013 removals and sets up and need the following information. Please let us know by responding to this email with the following information to make this transition as smooth as possible for all of us.
#1 If you prefer count out in June or July with seeds being brought back in the spring of 2013. We are going to start counting out mid-June and ending the week before the Far West show in August.
#2 If you plan on carrying 2013 Seed year round, BI will start shipping after July 5th.
#3 You would rather do your own count out and want your seeds in A) Spring of 2013 or B) August of 2012.
