Step Up for Veterans is a Great Success!
On Veteran's Day, the First Annual Step Up for Veterans was held at Plymouth South High School. The event, sponsored by Plymouth Public Schools, raised $1575 for local veterans in need. Groups from Nathaniel Morton Elementary and PCIS, along with community members, walked around the track or the gym and collected donations for each lap. Students from North High School volunteered handing out flags and collecting the donations. The funds will be used by the Plymouth Veterans Services Office to assist veterans with living expenses.
