Cold Spring School's Reading Incentive program:

Cold Spring School's Reading Incentive program is set to kick off on Monday, November 2nd.  The purpose of the program is to promote long lasting recreational reading habits as well as a love for reading.  This will be the 21st year of our successful program.  Students who complete 8 levels, by reading a specific number of pages, will receive a gold medal at our ceremony in May. Traditionally, approximately 90% of our students and many of our staff members, participate.  The program, organized by Mrs. Laura Dolan, our Consulting Teacher of Literacy, and supported by many parent volunteers, runs through the end of March.
