The day started out just like any other day. However, this particular morning turned out to be very different than planned. When I am home, I get the opportunity of taking my oldest daughter, Kylee, to school. I absolutely love doing that! A little Daddy / daughter time is always a good thing. As we were driving to her school, I turned up the radio to listen to one of my DJ friend's program here in our area as they played Christmas music. Around my house, we love this time of year. I dropped Kylee off, and as I headed back toward home I began listening closer to the radio. Frank was on the phone talking with a family that was in crisis. This woman was facing not just one, but a number of very critical circumstances. God began to speak to my heart in that moment. I was heart-broken for this family. I couldn't imagine the pressure, the heartache, and the uncertainty of life that they were facing. I began to just thank Him for my health, my wife, my girls, my extended family, my co-workers, my home, my car, food on the table, and so many other things. I realized that while I may not have much in "stuff," I am living in a life of abundance because of Jesus Christ. Frank began to share with the family that through the Christmas Wish program they were going to meet many of the needs this family was facing as a gift to them for Christmas. By this time, I was a wet rag. I didn't know whether to shout for joy or just sit there and cry like a baby because of God's using people to bless others. I knew then that I wanted to be a part of this. Better yet, I wanted fourtwelve and our friends/fans to be the unexpected miracle for a family in need. I wanted to allow God to use us as an instrument of His grace in the worst of times and provide hope when there seems like there is none.
So, I am asking you to join with us to be that miracle. We have over
