Tok Tok - 'Partners' is what we are
UCB Pacific Partners                                                               12 February 2009
Greetings!

UCB Pacific Partners is not a big organization.
But we are a big network of people, mostly volunteers, working together as part of God's missionary plan for the Pacific Island nations.
That's why we're called Partners!
In This TokTok
The long bike ride
It's our volunteers who get it done
Please pray

Thank you
for your Partnership
"So two good things will result from this ministry of giving -
the needs of the believers . . . will be met,
and they will joyfully express their thanks to God.

As a result of your ministry, they will give glory to God. For your generosity to them and to all believers will prove that you are obedient to the Good News of Christ."

2 Corinthians 9:12-13

Cliff and Julie in New Zealand
are great examples
Cliff & Julie on their bikes
They have just ridden push-bikes the length of New Zealand's South Island to raise money for Christian radio in the Islands
Cliff and Julie are part of Missionary Ventures, which is one of our ministry Partner organizations. The Lord put it into their hearts to help Pacific Partner radio stations, so they just went ahead and did it!
You may not know how much
we depend on our faithful volunteers
UCB Pacific Partners gets thousands of dollars donated each month - not as money, but as the time given to the ministry by skilled volunteers.

Technicians in the Islands and in NZ; office workers in America and NZ; board members in several countries; radio programmers from Australia; and many others. All highly qualified people who donate their expertise each month to help keep the radio stations going.

And of course, there are also our volunteers in the Islands. About 70 local people, faithfully serving the Lord by telling their people about Jesus over the radio!

This is our Pacific Partnership.
It's what makes our ministry so dynamic
and so exciting to be a part of.

Different people from different places
working together to make this work possible.
Volunteering; praying; donating.
People like you.
Thank you!
Please pray
for these Partners

  • Charlie and Willy (from 93FM Tonga) are at radio training school in Samoa this week as guests of HCJB Global - another of our Partner organizations

  • Tony and his team at Laif FM in Wewak, PNG continuing to minister to the estimated 75,000 people who lost their homes in flood waters over Christmas.

  • The revival that continues in Tonga, [ read about it ] with amazing stories of listeners whose lives are dramatically changed through the ministry of Letio Faka-Kalisitiane 93FM. I'm visiting Tonga next week and expect to have more stories to share with you when I get home.
We couldn't do it without your Partnership
