"Fit" Stocking Stuffers
Want to include some fun items that encourage exercise? We have the perfect list (and we've checked it twice).
- Exercise Bands. These compact weight bands pack well (perfect for business travelers) and are perfect for toning muscles.
- Pedometer. The way to a healthy lifestyle is through 10,000 steps a day. Measuring the steps is fun...and a great motivator. The pedometer I recommend is the NL-2000.
- Portions Control Dish. Perfect for someone determined to shed the weight without depriving themselves of good food. Remember, it's all about portion control with our Perfect Portions Dish.
- Heart Rate Monitor. A heart rate monitor helps gauge and guide your progress. We offer Polar Heart Rate Monitors.
- Exercise DVD. Our "Total Body Workout - Just Easy on the Knees" is the perfect gift for someone who wants to remain healthy through exercise, but whose knees don't always cooperate.
If you can't decide which of our great stocking stuffers to get, why not consider a Fitting Fitness In Gift Bag.
Gift bags start at $25 and many include Personal Training Sessions. Please click here to order. |

Stir the cucumber, lemon zest and dill into the strained yogurt. Chill for at least one hour. (This can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.) Garnish with fresh dill.
