Fitting Fitness In™ Welcomes Kristen Luna
Fitting Fitness In™ is pleased to announce that Kristen Luna has joined their staff. Kristen is an Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor. She holds a certification as a Schwinn Indoor Cycling Instructor. She earned an Associate of Science Degree at Becker College and is certified in CPR and First Aid. Kristen has been working as a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor and she has recently been teaching a variety of senior classes at the YMCA.
Being a mother of twin girls, Kristen truly understands the importance of trying to balance work and family as well as finding time for fitness. Kristen believes in having fun while working out. If you set realistic goals, work hard and stay motivated, you can achieve anything.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking, power walking, step aerobics, and spending time with family and friends. |
