VacationYes, sometimes you need to lounge on a beach and do nothing for a week. But have you considered some heart-healthy vacation destinations? Here are some helpful hints and ideas for fun, healthy and active vacations (many of which are kid friendly).

Beyond the Weight Loss Clinic...What's Next?
Introducing The 6 Week Weight-Loss Maintenance Program with personal trainer Holly Kouvo

If you are a graduate of Fitting Fitness In's Weight Loss Clinic and want to maintain or continue your weight loss, this is the program for you.
 
When: Tuesday evenings, July 10th - August 14th Meeting time is 6:30 pm
 
Where:  Swymfit at Harvard Ridge, 90 Swanson Road, Boxboro, Massachusetts (you do not have to be a member to sign-up).

Cost: Only $99 per person.
 
The 6 Week Weight Loss Maintenance Program will consist of:
Week 1 - Weigh in, measurements, learn new exercise program.  1.5 hours
 
Weeks 2 through 6 - Weigh in, review of exercise and food logs.  15 minute check in
 
Each week you will receive motivational & nutritional handouts.
Space is limited to 6 people! YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER!
