Greetings!
We had an amazing time last week learning all about graffiti and street art during our first ever Graffiti/Street Art Summer Camp.
Plus, we had Mardi Gras Parade in July. The must see video is below.
Thank you for your continued support!

The Graffiti/Street Art workshop provided the opportunity for students to explore the world of street art culture, while giving them the chance to design their own original artwork.
Students were introduced to the techniques and work of contemporary street artists such as: Banksy, Swoon, David Choe, Shepard Fairey, and Mark Jenkins.
Be sure to watch this video about the final project!

Participants were inspired by local artists and themes as they celebrated our favorite holiday and learned about art!
New Orleans-themed projects involved float-making, food, costuming, music and more to highlight associated art elements, techniques, and creativity.
The week ended with our own Mardi Gras Parade!

GRFA is offering an exclusive opportunity for non-profits to raise funds for their organization through a special print sales program.
GRFA will allow the purchase of a signed Rodrigue Blue Dog silkscreen print of your choice for $500. In the past two years, over 400 charity organizations have participated and raised nearly $1 million dollars at their charity auctions.
As part of this unique program, if the print you purchase does not provide the organization with funds exceeding the original $500 investment, GRFA will accept the print's return and refund the $500.
