More Revitalization Issues at City Council
City to Review Establishment of New Revitalization Regulations---Del Mar Business Input is Needed

The Del Mar City Council will review 3 revitalization regulations tonight, including:
1) Establishment of Two Fees associated with proposals for installing Sidewalk Cafés in public rights-of-way. Click Here for more details
2) Establishment of an in lieu parking program for the downtown. Click Here for more details
3) Establishment of an Adopt-a-Spot Program which encourages citizens and businesses to initiate, plan and develop a long-term program to beautify and care for a public space. Click Here for more details

Newest Website Upgrade Benefits Village Businesses

DMVA has created an invaluable web resource for residents, visitors and businesses in the Village of Del Mar. This website addition involves an interactive map that allows users to navigate local Del Mar businesses by location or category simply by "mousing" over a downtown map and/or menu. Users can download directions and phone numbers for each downtown business. In addition, vacant building are identified to help promote new business opportunities in Del Mar.
