Advertising Program

We are excited to offer this wonderful advertising opportunity to you!
The 4 signs will be located:
1 at the main entrance to the Fairgrounds by the activity center.
(covered up now by Fair stuff, but otherwise will be in a very busy location for pedestrians)
1 at the feed store in the stable area.
(where everyone from the races and folks at our horse shows frequent)
1 at the Driving Range.
1 at our Horsepark Facility.

PROGRAM DETAILS
There will be 4 large signs strategically placed throughout the Del Mar Fairgrounds for optimal viewing. The ads will be up by the start of Race season (July 16th) and the program is for one year.
Participants will received one 16 1/4 inch square on each of the 4 signs.
DMVA's graphic designer, Nancy Walter at Hula Girl Design, will design the ads with pictures and graphics.
Price for the 4 ads to run from June 2008-June 2009 is $5,000. as a promotion for the first year. Price may be subject to change in June 2009.
You can have the same ad in all 4 locations or up to 4 different ads.
(For multiple ads, only a photo and simple copy change as shown below on the DMVA sample ads.)
What we will need from you:
HiRes photos (300 dpi images at least 12" x 12") You can provide as rgb jpgs and we can convert to correct format. (OR you can contact Nancy directly for more details)
Your Logo in color, as an Adobe Illustrator file or Bitmap that is actual size (Most logos have been supplied too small and in the wrong format and will pixilate when enlarged).
Text: Please keep it simple. The simpler the message the better, as these are viewed by a moving public. And include: Phone/Address/web site
