Are Food Allergies The Cause?
A true food allergy is defin ed as the presence of an IgE or IgG antibody is the blood. Most IgE responses to foods are severe. These toxic reactions manifest as acute urticaria (hives), angioedema (swelling of mucous membranes), breathing difficulty (wheezing), vomiting, and/or anaphylactic shock. Persons can die from severe immediate-type food reactions, especially to peanuts.
More subtle but more pervasive adverse food reactions, called food intolerances. (please see pg 3 of this link). Defined as reaction to a food or chemical for which no immune antibody can be demonstrated to the specific food, food intolerances are suspected to affect up to 80% of the population. An example is when a person knows they have a reaction to, say, wheat or strawberries, but blood and scratch tests are negative.
The most common symptoms from food intolerances  include fatigue, stuffy nose, post-nasal drip, miscellaneous rashes, chronic eczema, GI distress (diarrhea or constipation), headaches and migraines, a host of behavioral problems, and chronic eczema. Asthma can also be triggered by an unsuspected food intolerance.
Most food reactions are delayed, meaning, the reaction may not be obvious for several hours or several days, after easing the offending food, making it very difficult to identify the culprit.
The only management offered by the medical profession for this type of food allergy is complete avoidance of the food proteins identified.

Activism: Get Involved
H1N1 Swine Flu Vaccination does not mean  you won't get sick.
Mechanism of Action
"...antibody titers (after) vaccination with inactivated influenza H1N1 virus vaccine have not been correlated with protection from influenza illness. In some human studies, antibody titer of ≥1:40 have been associated with protection from influenza illness in up to 50% of subjects."
What this says, in plain language, is that having an H1N1 antibody after getting an H1N1 shot has no correlation with not getting sick. And that a sizable antibody titer (of 1:40 or greater) only protects UP TO 50% of people from getting the flu -- meaning that the vaccine is a 50:50 deal at best for keeping you from getting sick.

 Pregnant Women: Don't Get the Swine flu Shot
The CDC is recommending that all pregnant women be the "first in line" to get the swine flu shot this season. But is it necessary? Are they really at a greater risk than the general population?
The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) of the CDC has recommended that influenza vaccination be given to all women in the second or third trimester of pregnancy during the influenza season.
- Hospitalizations for respiratory illness were uncommon in both vaccinees and nonvaccinees.
- Women who received influenza vaccine during pregnancy had the same risk for ILI (influenza-like) visits compared with unvaccinated women, adjusting for women's age and week of delivery.
- When asthma visits were excluded from the outcome measure, there was no difference in the risk of outpatient visits for vaccinated and unvaccinated women.
- Hospital admissions for influenza or pneumonia for women in the study population were quite rare and no women died of respiratory illness during pregnancy.
- Infants born to women who received influenza vaccination had the same risks for influenza or pneumonia admissions compared with infants born to unvaccinated women.
- Influenza vaccination during pregnancy did not significantly affect the risk of cesarean section. It did not affect the risk of preterm delivery.
Bottom line: Vaccines made NO difference outcomes to the mom or the baby in either the vaccinated vs unvaccinated population. NOTHING has changes since then to change this data.

Are Vaccine Rumors a Reality?
A travesty is about to happen. Mass vaccination began on October 6. The side effects of the vaccine may not be known for months. Are there ligitimate concerns from the rumor mill?
Depopulation with Vaccines?
The Journal of Reproductive Medicine published an article in 1999 that stated, "Development of an effective and modern contraceptive vaccine is a key factor in the global issue of regional population growth as well as agricultural, medical, economic and social development...Suppressed fertility and the reversibility [although unpredicable] of these effects on mammalian species, including humans, have been demonstrated."
Does the right hand know what the left is doing by vaccinating pregnant women first? All flu shots are category C drugs, meaning, the risk to the mom and/or the fetus has not been determined.
Microchips and Vaccines?
While there is no confirmed evidence that vaccines have a medical microchip, there have been curious reports that drive suspicions. For example,VeriChip, marketed through a subsidiary of Applied Digital Solutions, was the first FDA-approved human-implantable radio-frequency identification (RFID) microchip (2004). About twice the length of a grain of rice, the device is typically implanted above the triceps area of an individual's right arm
On September 21, VeriChips stock jumped 186% after the company said it had been granted an exclusive
license to two patents which will help it to develop
implantable virus detection systems in humans.
