Itchy eyes, runny noses, scratchy throats and fatigue are symptoms brought on by tree pollens and mold spores in the spring. Once those allergens are done, new pollens kick up from grasses and flowers. And then it is ragweed season. 

When allergy conditions are the worst:
· On windy days, pollens and molds are blown through the air.
· Pollen counts are usually highest in late morning and early afternoon.
· Higher temperatures and humidity raise pollen and mold-spore levels. Pollen counts are lowest on cloudy, rainy, windless days.
· Woody and grassy areas are most troublesome. An escape to the beach or sea can be helpful as these areas are more pollen-free.
 
Having a game plan to deal with these allergies is half the battle.  Get your annual allergy assessment completed before spring allergies get you down.
