Help the Environment: Stop unwanted catalogs  Over eight million tons of trees are consumed each year in the production of paper atalogs. Nearly half of the planet's original forest cover is gone. Forests have effectively disappeared in 25 countries, and another 29 have lost more than 90% of their forest cover. Deforestation contributes 20 to 25% of all carbon pollution, causing global climate change. Use Catalog Choice, a free service, to eliminate the delivery of catalogs you have no interest in receiving. |

COMMENT: According to their website, more than 158,000 persons have opted out of receiving more than 1,576,290 catalogs. Even recycling adds to environmental polution by the removal of dyes and the use of electricity to process the paper. Please bookmark and use this service. When the Christmas Catalogs start coming in, stack them up and get removed from their mailing list all at one time. |

Sucralose: Is it safe? |
Splenda, also known as sucralose, is an artificial sweetener comprised of table sugar (sucrose) plus 3 molecules of chlorine. Pre-approval research showed that sucralose caused shrunken thymus glands (up to 40% shrinkage) and enlarged liver and kidneys. Here are safe sweetener alternatives. COMMENT: Studies about the safety of Splenda are small and absorption of up to 40% of chlorine, a known carcinogen, has been reported. What should you do about Splenda? Avoid it completely!

My new book, "Saying No To Vaccines, A Resource Guide for All Ages"

My new book is done and is on the editor's desk. The book, "Saying No To Vaccines, A Resource Guide for All Ages" contains more than 250 pages of information including:
- A short history of mandatory vaccination;
- The truth about the 25 most common reasons to vaccine;

A Question for OsteoMed patients |
The new year has brought many changes to OsteoMed. Our focus is now on allergy elimination (for all ages) and Women's health: Thyroid assessments, Spectracell Testing, Breast thermography and Lifestyle-Weight Loss Coaching.
Perhaps it is the time of year, (who wants to be out in the cold!) but we would like to be seeing more patients at the Clinic.
Are we meeting your needs? Are there other services you would like to see us provide? After 12 years in business, it is surprising how many people I meet still are unaware of our Clinic. How can we better spread the word?
