Greetings!
Hello! By now you all know that Kelly, Nathan, and I are working rotating schedules this year at The Big E. It is a new experience for me! I usually only get a few days home during September. This year, with 3 managers, it is making The Big E so much more fun! We hope you are enjoying it as much as we are. Thank you to those who are volunteering with us in Springfield. Check out our Facebook Page updates. Or simply check our website (both public and private) for links.

Kelly is currently at the Big E and Nathan is due to relieve her this afternoon. I'll be back on Friday. So I am going to take this unique opportunity to write the e-newsletter!

Along with your usual updates on tours & special events, I invite you to read a post from a special "Guest Dlogger" and the newest NHIB in BERMUDA!

I also want to welcome two new support staff to our team. Please give them a BIG GSA HELLO when you meet them! We will be developing a survey soon to help prompt some ideas and thoughts for our strategic planning. Until then let me know if you have any suggestions for the future. ~Judi

PLEASE WELCOME

GSA Recommendation When Visiting NH

By Sarah, Guest Dlogger & Former Lead Dog at Muddy Paws Sled Dog Kennel

Muddy Paws Don't Keep Me From My Dog-Blog
Hello, my name is Sarah. I was a lead dog for several years at Muddy Paws Sled Dog Kennel. This means I took direction from the mushers and showed the team when to go on the trail! My team and I spent many days barreling down the various wooded trails in the White Mountains! Then, after many years of running the show as a lead dog I decided it was time for a change of pace and that I would prefer to be the office greeter and lead belly rub requester.

[No Service Requirements & Does not count towards your 4 "tours"]

Join me as I host this tour exploring the beautiful fall season with a short hike from Benedictine Park through Van Loan Preserve in Bedford. This hike is near my childhood home (and still home of my parents). Bring a picnic basket to swap... We are going to have a lunch swap... so make something extra special! - Also during the hike we will have the opportunity to write something in the hidden diary (if you can find it).It is a rated 4 tour because we will be hiking in the wood on dirt trails... but I will say... it is not a hard hike, it is a walk and talk hike. -- Your Tour Host, Judi
