DF Embroidery will be joining us with left-over GSA Merchandise for sale. If there is something specific you want, please contact her ASAP so she can plan to bring it for you.

Parking Information

Please consider
CARPOOLING!

 

· You may park behind the Town Hall in one of the 3 'lower' parking lots

· If they are full please continue straight until you see the Church (on the hill). You may park in the FAR BACK PART of the lot behind the Church

· Shuttle Cars will be available to bring you to the Town Hall or you may walk, it is only about a city block from the Church.

PLEASE DO NOT PARK...

  1. In the Library Lot
  2. In the 2 designated spots behind the Town Hall where the BCTV manager and staff park.
  3. In the Church spaces designated for staff and other use only or in their forward spaces. Use the back of the lot only.

Doors open at 9:30am

 

There is a chair lift available for those who can not climb stairs. Please ask for assistance

We are setting up the evening before so no need to arrive early to help

 

Shuttle Drives will be available to shuttle you from the Church parking area to the Town Hall (or, if it is a nice day, it is only a short walk)

 

GSAs will be seated according to awards being received. Guests and other GSAs will be seated in a special section. Check with registration if you are unsure where to sit  

 

You will receive your annual GSA Yearbook as you leave the Awards ceremony

 

The Awards Presentation begins at 10:00am

 

Free Thank You Luncheon follows the award presentation at approximately 11:30am
