Greetings!

Happy Groundhog Day!!

I just finished the year-end volunteer reports for NHGSA and our centers / events. I want to share with you some amazing excerpts/statistics that should make each and every one of you very proud! You can download the complete report on the Reports page of the Member Services section on www.nhgsa.com/gsa.

"In 2011, Granite State Ambassadors certified 98 new volunteers and industry personnel. This year, a total
of 254 NHGSA volunteers served 16,596 hours and assisted 97,154 (does not include special events) guests at 32 centers and
events. The greatest number of hours served by a single volunteer in 2011 was 618 (Nice going Paul L!!!)."

"Volunteers at the two Manchester centers, Manchester Boston Region Airport (MHT) and the Manchester Information
Center (MIC) located in downtown Manchester served the most hours. 141 volunteers at MHT served 8,965 hours and
assisted 63,421 guests. 39 volunteers at MIC served 1,781 hours and assisted 5,135 guests. Both locations are 100%
volunteer operated and would not exist without the NHGSA program. The third most volunteered at center was the
Concord Chamber's Capital Region Visitors Center (CVC). 24 CVC volunteers served 1,167 hours and served 2,635
guests. GSA volunteers handled 59% of all inquiries at CVC and 100% at the Downtown Kiosk."

Past numbers -- so you can see just how awesome you are:

2011  254 GSAs volunteered 16,596 hours
2010  216 GSAs volunteered 15,195 hours
2009  214 GSAs volunteered 12,891 hours
2008  220 GSAs volunteered 14,058 hours
2007  206 GSAs volunteered 13,418 hours
