We just received a call from Montagne Communications to help out at the Balsam's Hotel in Dixville Notch for the First in the Nation Primary Voting.

The entire hotel is closed for renovations - except the lobby, the ballot room, ballroom and another adjoining room upstairs.  

after speaking at our NH Primary Training, Scott Tranchemontage thought it might be helpful to have a couple of Granite State Ambassador volunteers in the lobby area welcoming people and press and directing them upstairs. 

Since voting is at midnight and the hotel is in Dixville Notch with no overnight accommodations (the hotel is closed) we are asking for GSAs who are able to get the the hotel easily with the ability to volunteer for at least 4 hours. We are looking for a team (2) of GSAs to help between 9pm on Monday 1/9/12 until 1pm on Tuesday 1/10/12.

If you are interested in volunteering you must:

• Wear your GSA Uniform - a logo'd GSA staff shirt or sweater, your name tag and navy/blue pants.
• Be able to volunteer independently
• Stand in a closed hotel for 4 hours
• Converse about the NH Primary
• Have attended our NH Primary Training (or have spoken to Judi about it)
