Greetings!
Sorry Kelly is on vacation and I hijacked the newsletter... so forgive my indulgence!
As many of you know, NHGSA Board of Directors announced my new title change at the AMBIES this past sprng. I became "President/CEO". Although it sounds very "importante" it did come with some hefty responsibilities. In 2010 NHGSA was budgeted to loose <$10,515.25>. With my new title change came a task...the task was (and still is) to raise money for our 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization. My goal is to ensure the invaluable resource we have built together over the past 16 years lives on longer than all of us.
I am pleased to announce that over the past 6 months I have raised $9,280! Unfortunately, that still leaves us with a deficit of <$1,235.25>. I had hoped I could have raised another $1,500 before the end of the year, but the end of the year is here! So here is where you need to indulge me....
If you are looking for a tax-deductible, year-end charitable donation... Please consider donating to Granite State Ambassadors! There are many ways to give. You can find out the details by clicking on the link in the left-hand column of this newsletter or by going to our public website at www.nhgsa.com. THANK YOU!
In 2012, the board, staff, our intern Nathan, and I will be working to peel back the curtains and unfurl the inner workings of our organization for you. We will be inviting you to join in as we develop our business plan for 2013-2015. Be watching for details!

By Judi Window, President/CEO - Certified GSA, Inaugural Class of 1996 Pecha Kucha is a presentation format based on a simple idea: 20 images x 20 seconds. It draws its name from the Japanese term for the sound of "chit chat". It is harder than it looks...especially for a story teller like myself! When I speak and/or teach I love to "chit chat". So being nervous seemed counter intuitive... but boy, was I nervous! Read more...
