August 31, 2010

Greetings!

This issue we have a guest tangle to share with you.

Enjoy!

We also have last minute info on a local Zentangle workshop.

Tink

Molly noticed a tangle on Carole Ohl's blog and started playing with it. After Molly showed us what she was doing, we asked Carole's permission to share tink with you.

We think you'll enjoy its simplicity and wide range of expressiveness. To illustrate different interpretations of tink, take a look at Carole's, Molly's, Maria's and Rick's versions.

Tink reminds us of a magnetic construction toy, Roger's Connection, that Rick has around the house in various configurations. Here's one:

Great tangle! Thanks, Carole.
Zentangle Workshop in Whitinsville

We were asked to do a workshop at the Oakhurst Retreat Center where we do our CZT training. We know this is last minute, but since there will be a small amount of space available, we asked them if we could announce it on our newsletter. They said they would love to have other people attend.

So here it is:

When: September 22, 2010, Day and/or Evening
Where: Whitinsville, Massachusetts
Price: $55 for one session, $100 for both.

Click here to download a pdf version of their registration.

If you are interested in attending, please contact Oakhurst directly. Their phone is 508-234-0346 and their fax is 508-234-0348.

We look forward to seeing you there!

Please note: These are introductory Zentangle workshops and are not part of our certification program.

Thank you again for sharing in this wonderful adventure!

Remember to visit us at BLOG Zentangle for (almost) daily postings.
