When this group "graduates", we are considering launching a new group in 2008. We are gauging interest and collecting names. This is an exciting development! Beginning in early 2008, folks from any location will be able to join "Virtual" Teams -- it will no longer matter where participants live! Virtual Enchanted Life Teams will have the same content as the in-person Women's Success Teams, but will be conducted via teleconference! How cool is THAT?! I am also exploring the option of computer videoconferencing.

The "Wouldn't It Be Nice If..." Happy Dance
This is a game many Teams love to play around with, "Wouldn't It Be Nice If..." (fill in the blank with the outcome you desire). It's a softer approach to shifting a negative mindset.
One Teammate just emailed to report the following success with this game:
"This worked twice for me in the last 72 hours. The first time, I said, "Wouldn't it be nice to find the key to this safety box my grandfather left me when he passed?" Two minutes later, I found the key!
Then, I said to myself "Wouldn't it be nice if my boss left?" Well, this morning we were told that she's been given another "opportunity" within the company and is no longer my boss.
Talk about celebration dance! LADIES - I haven't moved like this in years!"
This video really put a smile on my face!
