Greetings!
Gazela Work Days
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Let's make sure Gazela looks nice for her race.  The hull needs some attention in the form of painting, woodwork and rust busting.  Please plan for September 29 from 1-5 pm and October 6 from 9 - 5pm.  The more hands, the faster the work goes.
Planning Survey
There have been 22 responses submitted so far - thank you to those who took the time already. If you have an opinion about the Guild and its direction, please take the time to respond.  Thank you!
Crew Help Needed
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
At the recruitment event on Saturday, active Gazela crew will be needed to help demonstrate setting sails and give tours.  If you can help, please let the office know.
Level I testing
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Nick Horvath and Bill Foden will be at Gazela on Saturday Sep 29th from 1-5 pm to administer Level I tests.  Any person who wishes to be examined should notify the office prior to Saturday, so that the demand is known.
For future Level I testing, the Guild will endeavour to have examiners present on the last Saturday of each month through next April.  Any changes to that schedule will be announced ahead of the date.
