Training Sail - Gazela July 28

If you plan to attend on Saturday, you must be a Guild member and should RSVP by Friday at noon. Contact the office by phone or email.
We can take up to 50 people. |
| Sail Event - Sunday July 29
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Periodically, the Ship Guild extends special invitations to guests to ride on Gazela in Philadelphia. This is a one of the ways to promote Gazela and the Guild. We strive to put our best foot forward whenever these events get scheduled.
We will choose a 20 person crew from those who apply to the office by Friday July 27. The criteria sought for crew are those 1) having taken or passed Gazela's Level I, 2) having attended a "Setting Sail" course or having sailed on a passage, and 3) being sociable/friendly. At least half the crew will be climbers. The crew may be filled out by crew members with special skills or knowledge as needed.
If the response to the office is lower than expected, then available spots will be announced during the Saturday sail. |
