The master password for Grades N-8 is sar254 (all lowercase letters). Please do not share this password with your children or anyone else. Before the system opens, you will receive an email reminding you of your account user name and your hint to your personal password. If you have forgotten your password, fill in the User Name box and then put a check in the "I forgot my password / user name" box. The system will generate a new password for you and send it to the email address it has for you. If you are a new parent this year, you may create a new account once you enter the system. The online reservation system will open on Sunday, Nov. 8th at 8 PM and close on Thursday, November 19th at 11AM. Before scheduling appointments, please make sure that you know the names of your children's teachers. Parents who have children in the following classes with the following teachers only should sign up for two 5-minute slots:

Please note that the High School has a separate reservation system, with its own link from our website and a different master password. If you have students in the high school, you will need to create a separate username and password using their reservation system.
If you would like to meet with an Administrator or anyone in our Guidance department, please reserve a time available on the on-line system as well.
Please do not schedule two meetings back-to-back without allowing for a break to walk from area to area. Click here to see a map of the building for your review so that when you make your appointments you can leave sufficient time to get to a designated area.
