> Mattison's™ hosts four different Chef Camp sessions during the months of June, July and August through Sarasota County Parks and Recreation
> each session is Monday through Friday from 8:30-11am > Basic Cooking Techniques June 11-15 (ages 11-14) hands-on cooking, kitchen safety, food handling techniques and dining room skills - $150 per person, space limited to 24 students
> Specialized Hands-On Cooking Sessions (ages 14-17 or must have completed the Basic Cooking Techniques) Italian Cooking, Hands-On Training June 25-29; Florida/Southern-Style Cooking, Hands-On July 16-20; Pastries & Desserts Aug 13-17- $225 per studeny per class, classes limited to 15 students
