OwnerLand Media Campaign Kicks Off
In September we kicked off a media campaign with the purchase of a billboard off I-275 near I-71.  The billboard is part of a comprehensive radio, print, and billboard campaign to continue the growth and brand awareness of OwnerLand Realty and our distinctive Business Model.
Our Cincinnati office has grown to almost 100 agents and we have recently opened the Orlando, Florida and Northern Kentucky markets in addition to our existing presence in Dayton, Columbus, Toledo, and Cleveland.

Commission: 100% commission* - $300 transaction fee on the first 12 deals & $99 there after per calendar year. No other charges. Commission will be direct-deposited into your account within two business days.
Agent Business Cost: $150 one-time sign up fee; $200/year E&O; local board fees, MLS, OAR, NAR.
Agent Office: Agent can do business anywhere they have a laptop and phone. Our corporate office has conference room facilities for agents to use with no cost. New West Chester office with Conference room; call for details. All calls on Yard Signs are forwarded directly to Listing Agent. You have control of your business!
