If you know somebody, send me an email at jeff@ownerland.net and we'll see about adding them to the list. Remember, a referral that you give one of your clients can make you look good or bad! Let's be sure to protect our image!

 Changes on how agents' mail is processed.
Effective & posted on January 12, 2010 (Click Here to see issue), we have had a new policy regarding the way the corporate office handles mail received for OwnerLand Agents. Agents have been and are still responsible for contacting the office to find out if there is any mail. Agents may call or stop by the office to check on their mail.
Soon there will be a designated place for mail, but until then...agents' mail will be stacked on the front desk, until we receive instructions from the agent on what to do with their mail.
If agents would like us to ship their mail to them, they will be responsible for any handling and postage costs and an invoice will be included when we mail it to them.
Please Note: Agents are no longer contacted when mail comes into the office.
Our goal is to keep all costs as low as possible, so that we can continue paying the highest possible commissions to our agents.
