Bank of America has programs for buyer's with credit scores under 620! BOA is one of the few lenders who still look at the body of a credit report. Being the largest home mortgage lender, they offer many programs including OHFA and USDA. Scot also has the benefit of "in-house" underwriting which allows him to talk directly to the underwriters about your buyer's loan! Loan turn-around times are 4 weeks or less! Get your deals closed quickly!
