Pending home sales rose in February, potentially signaling a second surge of home sales in response to the home buyer tax credit, according to the National Association of Realtors®.

Create Urgency with Your Buyers!

With April 30th quickly approaching, your buyers still have time
to get their Tax Credit. . .
To qualify, your buyers MUST have a fully-executed contract on a property by April 30th, and then close the transaction by June 30th!
This is a great opportunity to get those hesitant buyers off the fence and into their new home. I don't think I know anybody who wouldn't like an extra up to $8,000 in their pocket! And with interest rates still very low; the time is right to buy a home!
