What makes you tick???

The next Lunch 'n Learn is getting close!
Our next Lunch 'n Learn is scheduled for THIS WEEK, Thursday, February 18th!
Please plan to attend! We have John Yonas from Century Land Title coming to explain the changes made to the HUD-1 settlement statements. We will also have Tisha Clifford from Option Financial that will share with us programs throught OFHA and "Bond" Money resources that is available to homebuyers! These resources can clients in your pipeline a "NOW" buyer! The more "weapons" in your arsenal will make you a more successful agent!
OwnerLand Realty agent and Citizens of Porkopolis owner, Tom Green, is catering the event!

An Important Change in Depositing EARNEST MONEY!

You No Longer Need to Write The Account Number!
Simply write "OwnerLand Realty TRUST" on the back of the check.
National City Bank is in the process of switching to their new owner, PNC Bank. The current account numbers will no longer work for your deposits.
In an effort to simplify things for our agents, we made an arrangement with PNC Bank so that agents simply write OwnerLand Realty TRUST on the back of all earnest checks. No need to know the account number.
For Commission Deposits, write OwnerLand Realty on the back of the checks. Again, NO number is needed!
IMPORTANT!
Be sure all earnest checks are deposited in the TRUST account. All other deposits should go into the general account.
