National City is holding checks deposited into their banks' accounts from 2 to 7 days before making the funds available.  Moving forward, all commission funds will be deposited into agents' accounts within 48 hours of funds becoming available.
 
Get Paid Quicker (in some cases, the next business day!)....This is a way to keep business moving effectively.
 
As a benefit of OwnerLand being an affiliate with American Homeland Title, Century Land Title (aka American HomeLand Title) has agreed to wire agents' funds directly into OwnerLand's operating account on the day of closing (or within 24 business hours of closing due to late evening and weekend closings) whenever their title company is used to close OwnerLand transactions.  This will keep you getting your commission checks quickly and efficiently.
 
Please make sure lenders use the correct title order form.  Also, be sure and have your clients sign the attached disclosure regarding our affiliation with Century Land Title when signing any purchase or listing contracts.
