CORE FAIR HOUSING: (3 HOURS)
PLAYING BY THE RULES
This core class covers the history of civil rights, the Fair Housing Act, Ohio, and local regulations. Also a fair housing quiz and video and some lawsuits of interest.
SHORT SALE UNIVERSITY (3 HOURS)
This class covers it all- why Ohio? What documents do I need? What takes so long? How do lenders make their decisions? And lots of time for your questions.
Also, practical tips for avoiding trouble with a short sale. If you are doing short sales, bring some ideas to share that are working for you!
