This core class covers Litigation Trends, Agency Relationships in Ohio, Misrepresentation and Failure to Disclose, RE and Mortgage Fraud and a Risk Reduction Review.  

"GETTIN' JIGGY WIT" THE GENERATIONS (1 HOUR)
This class discusses the "core values" of the Senior/Traditionalist Generation, Baby Boomers/Me Generation, Generation X and Generation Y/Zoomers/Nexters.  Also addressed are each group's real estate needs and how to effectively market to each generation. 


MANAGING MARKET SHIFTS AND NEGOTIATING (2 HOURS)
Every market shift offers new opportunities!  In the current market, using certain strategies from past years isn't always going to be successful as it once was.  If your listings are not selling, you need to change the bait, change the location and change the message! 

This class also deals with advertising and negotiating in a challenging market.
