Government Rescue Bill
Congress approved a massive $700 billion rescue bill in September,
paving the way for responsible government intervention in the financial
markets, which will benefit current homeowners, potential home buyers,
financial institutions, the economy, and ultimately taxpayers.
The Emergency Economic Stimulus Act of 2008 gives the U.S.
government the authority to buy off troubled mortgages. This will
encourage banks to refinance and reconfigure more mortgages to help
many families keep their homes.
It will also introduce more money into the system, which will make
financing more available and help stabilize home sales and prices. If
credit markets remain tight, even families with strong credit and
income might not be able to obtain a mortgage.

AGENT SERVICE SPOTLIGHT
This is where we will make you aware of agent support services that are available free or at a cost. We'll spotlight one free and one fee-based service each week.
RECEPTION SERVICES
Cost to Agent: FREE
Agents may use office phone number and fax on their marketing and our administration staff will answer calls and receive faxes on behalf of agent. All phone messages and faxes are emailed to the agent at time of call. Any urgent messages are addressed immediately by contacting the agent with a phone call, text and/or email. Our phones are answered by a live person. During heavy call times, some calls may go directly to voice mail. Our administrative staff is alerted when this occurs and retrieves the message at first opportunity. HARD COPY FILE STORAGE - OFF SITE (located in Sharonville, OH)
Cost to Agent: - 2-drawer file cabinet: $5/mo
- 4 or 5-drawer file cabinet: $10/mo
Off Site Climate Control Storage is available for hard copy files that are kept for 3 years. We chose a climate controlled storage facility to insure the files are not compromised by weather conditions. Agents are required to provide their own file cabinet that locks. A spare key must be kept at the corporate office at all times to avoid loss. There is a lock-box at the storage unit with a key for the storage unit itself. Agents will receive instructions and codes upon signing up for this service. If you would like to look at the storage unit, please feel free to call the office to set up an appointment.

MARKETING STRATEGY and TRAINING WORKSHOPS
On Scheduled Thursdays, we will be holding a marketing strategy workshop and agent training. All new agent orientations will be held on this day as well. New agents must attend both workshops, but it's not necessary to attend both in one day. Agents can attend one workshop or both as seating allows. RSVP is recommended as seating is limited. There will be an alternate training day each month to accommodate those who are unable to attend Thursday sessions.
